The European Go Masters League |

The European Go masters League is a 10 round - round robin (i.e. all players play each other twice, once on black and once on white) tournament between 6 of the strongest European players. All round are played on KGS. The full schedule is shown below. Please note that, as usual, the time is in European Standard Time, i.e. GMT+1 hour. Please note also that not all rounds are played on the same weekday ! The contestants are: Catalin Taranu 5Dan pro, Guo Juan 5Dan pro, Christian Pop 7Dan, Mero Csaba 6Dan, Dragos Bajenaru 6Dan and Emil Nijhuis 6Dan. You can find background information on the players by clicking on their name. The tournament has finished at April 21. All revenues from this tournament will be used to organise high level workshops throughout Europe. |
